  • 2025 Future Ready

    This capital project, approved by voters in February 2025, focuses on preserving our district's resources and addressing critical infrastructure needs in order to maintain our schools. It includes work at every building.

  • 2022 Building Brighter Futures

    This capital project, approved by voters in 2022, includes work at Gates Chili High School, Gates Chili Middle School, Florence Brasser Elementary School, and the Gates Chili Administration Building (Operations Center).

  • 2017 Capital Project

    This capital project, approved by voters in 2017, encompasses safety and security upgrades at each school building, a new district auditorium, and repair of the track and stadium on the brink of closure.
